An independent project
FXM is an independent open-source project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube, Google, Spotify or any other music service.
A player, not a music service
FXM doesn't host or distribute any music, and it has no servers of its own. The apps run on your device and connect it directly to the music services FXM works with.
Provided as is, for personal use
FXM is provided “as is”, without warranties or conditions of any kind, as described in the Apache License 2.0. It is meant for personal use.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for how you use FXM, including following the terms of the services you use with it and the laws where you live. Nothing on this website is legal advice: if you aren't sure what is allowed, read those terms or ask a lawyer.
Trademarks
YouTube and Google are trademarks of Google LLC. Spotify is a trademark of Spotify AB. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners. FXM names these services only to say which ones it works with, and doesn't use their logos or brand colours.
